One of our constant challenges at Macy's is how to create social media campaigns that feature product without being promotional, highlight the brand and connect emotionally.

 

Santa Sightings was a concept that achieved all of these things. Taking some of our most popular holiday gifts, I created a story about the famous Macy's Santa Claus getting ready for Christmas. I developed his voice, wrote the copy and helped with creative direction at the photo shoot.
